EGG NOG BOM Beat 4 eggs together with 4 tbsp caster sugar, dissolving completely.  Add the 1 cup Coco Mochanut, 2 cups milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla extract.  Whisk vigorously.  Split in four short, glass tumblers, finishing with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
